回台灣兩個星期，上了台灣三大廣播，也見了許多知名主持人，嘿嘿~ 用我這不標準的國語和受職業傷害過的嗓音，除了推展長灘島、推展新書以外，還真是個特別的人生體驗! 回到長灘島送走了指定團之後，還有四天的假期當然不能錯過，而最近的天氣真的越來越好囉，因為今年雨季五月初就報到，相對的九月也是雨季的尾聲，隨著季風的轉換，慢慢的雨季就快要結束，長灘島的太陽就會更用力地微笑囉!
難得好朋友都休假的假期，最簡單的生活，也就是最真的幸福，我們休假沒有KTV、沒有電影院、沒有百貨公司，那就帶個簡單的食物到海邊野餐吧!! 這樣曬曬太陽、喝喝啤酒，也聊聊最近長灘島的八卦，泡著海水就這樣過了一整天^^
CNNGo.com評鑑的世界50大沙灘之中，菲律賓的Puka Beach可是名列世界41名喔^^ Puka Beach為長灘島最北端的沙灘，也是長灘島第二長沙灘，與北邊Romblon省的Carabao島遙遙相望，由於地形與風浪的因素，這裡的貝殼經由海潮的洗禮之後形成貝殼沙灘，雖然貝殼沙灘的質地沒有粉末沙觸感細緻綿密，但也因為是貝殼沙灘而舉世聞名，尤其貝殼經由長期海浪沖刷，這裡的貝殼中間形成孔洞，顏色白皙且渾圓飽滿，曾經更是70年代所流行的流行飾品，也因為這樣著名的貝殼充斥了整片沙灘，並以Puka Shell命名為Puka Beach。
天空作美，給了我們這麼美好的天氣，Puka Beach無風無浪，正是浮潛的好時機唷^^
這是我們最近很瘋狂練習的"水上芭蕾"，正準備參加2016年巴西奧運呢!! 而且是長灘島代表隊唷~~噗>"<
